Some straight talk about posture.

It’s no secret, our everyday lives are filled with a lot of sitting in front of computers and televisions, and bending our neck to look down at cellphones and other devices. The problem is, our chairs, the couch and our handheld devices are not doing our body any good and can very literally become a pain in the neck, back and shoulders.
