Emma is currently attending the University of Alberta going into her third year of Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Sport Performance.

Emma joined the Hawkstone team in August 2024. Growing up she played all kinds of sports but focused her time on hockey, rugby and now finds herself competing in Olympic weightlifting. With many injuries of her own and an interest in rehabilitation, she plans to become a physiotherapist in the future. 

Outside of the clinic you can find Emma in the gym weightlifting, or spending time with family and friends.
