Danica graduated from the University of Alberta in 2021 with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelors in Kinesiology with distinction in 2018. 

Danica grew up in Edmonton and found a passion for physical therapy while competing in soccer and volleyball at the collegiate level. She quickly realized how integral physical therapy was to high performance athletes and the athletic community in general. With this in mind, she decided to pursue a career in rehabilitation, and fell in love with many other types of client populations throughout her training. From 2021-2024, Danica worked with Volleyball Canada for the Men’s National Sitting Volleyball Team. 

Danica now enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions for people of all ages and activity levels, with a special interest in return to sport planning. She strives to listen to specific concerns and thoroughly assess each client to effectively help them live an active, pain-free lifestyle. Danica is a dedicated professional who believes in guiding and empowering people throughout all stages of their injury/condition. Whether their goals are return to work, sport, or everyday activities, Danica creates an individualized treatment program for each client to improve their function. 

Outside of the clinic, Danica loves going to the gym, playing various recreational sports such as soccer, slow pitch, and swimming, and spending quality time with friends and family.
